These words capture what proactive, forward looking people experience as they move forward in their lives. When I first talk with clients or potential clients they often think something’s not working right so there must be something wrong with them. What I hear is that there’s something really right going on — it’s just time to make a change to grow into a new way of being. Change is rarely comfortable, even if it’s really good, or great, for us. Especially in the ever-changing lifestyle of this millennium we are all susceptible to change whether we want it or not. We at Daisy Swan & Associates are dedicated to helping our clients take proactive, smart actions – and they aren’t always big actions – to make important changes to achieve and live the way they can if they are willing to choose. I know that change is easier when you know what’s ahead, or have someone with you to navigate, support, guide and encourage you as you go. We, at Daisy Swan & Associates, are skilled, accomplished professionals who want to see you realize what you may not see before you — so you can go from good to great.

I’ve organized my thinking to help people like you (since you’re reading this) recognize where they are in their work lives. Because people share certain experiences in each LifeStage, and can learn from others in that LifeStage, I’ve created classes that address the specific experiences and needs of each group. There are also offerings that everyone can benefit from such as our Navigating Career Change Panel Discussions or the Interviewing Excellence classes. We will continue to offer these classes and will regularly update our Calendar of Events and Classes so if you aren’t ready to take a step now, you may be ready later. You can’t be ready ‘til you’re ready. We’re ready.

Daisy Swan & Associates is here to offer valuable (and fun – that’s important) services that meet your needs. Individual one-to-one and group coaching, classes both over the phone through teleclasses, and through live, in-person events to enable people to get answers to their toughest questions and to take actions that are grounded, intelligent and true for each individual…no matter what LifeStage they’re in.
